Internet Graphics Communication -
Study of the principles of visual communication and image building as related to the
Internet: principles of animation, cross-platform design, safe color pallets, graphic
and photographic file formats, graphics generation, and photo scanning.
Photojournalism I -
Basic theory and techniques of photojournalism; introduction to electronic digital
photography and editing; professional, technical, and esthetic values.

I attended TCC prior to transferring to UTA. Although I didn't completerequirements for a degree, I lacked only a few courses (printing classes) to do so. The following is a list of key course taken. Introduction to Computer Graphics -
A survey of computer design concepts, terminology, processes, and procedures.
Topics include computer graphics hardware, electronic images, electronic publishing,
vector-based graphics, and interactive multimedia.
Digital Publishing I -
The fundamentals of using digital layout as a primary publishing tool
and the basic concepts and terminology associated with typography and page layout.
Digital Publishing II -
Layout procedures from thumbnails and roughs to final comprehensive and printing;
emphasis on design principles for the creation of advertising and publishing materials,
and techniques for efficient planning and documenting projects.
Computer Illustration I -
Implementation of software for illustration and/or photo manipulation for reproduction.
